Preliminary information

Website content, address screening and the initial review are general planning information. They are not an inspection, engineering or design opinion, construction advice, legal advice, an insurance determination or a guarantee of regulatory compliance.

Official hazard information

The address screening queries CAL FIRE’s public Fire Hazard Severity Zone layers and links to the official source. The result describes long-term hazard and does not measure the risk to an individual structure. Local designations and requirements should be confirmed with the applicable authority.

Professional responsibility

Perimeter coordinates property-resilience projects. Credentialed professionals retain responsibility for regulated technical judgments, and qualified contractors retain responsibility for their proposals, work, safety, permits and execution. Any later project agreement will define the parties’ specific responsibilities.

No guarantee

Perimeter does not guarantee project availability, schedule, cost, compliance status, hazard reduction, insurance eligibility, insurance pricing or any particular outcome.

Your submissions

You confirm that information and files you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide them. Do not upload highly sensitive information that is not needed to evaluate the property request.

Early access

The service is in an early pilot. Features, geographic coverage and provider availability may change. Perimeter may decline or pause a request when it falls outside current capabilities.
