Privacy policy
Your property information deserves care.
Effective September 2, 2026
This policy explains how Perimeter handles information submitted through this early-access website. It is intended to be readable and practical.
Information we collect
When you request a property review, we collect the contact information, property address, project context and notes you provide. If you upload reports, notices, estimates or photos, we collect those files as part of your request. We also record limited, non-identifying website events so we can understand whether the intake experience works.
How we use it
We use your information to evaluate your request, prepare for an initial conversation, identify an appropriate planning or provider path, communicate with you and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We may use hosting, storage and other service providers to operate Perimeter. If your project advances, relevant information may be shared with qualified providers with your direction or as needed to evaluate the requested work.
Storage and retention
Intake records and uploaded files are stored in access-controlled systems. We retain them only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, provide the service, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask Perimeter to correct or delete the information you submitted by replying through the contact channel used in your Perimeter correspondence. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate business recordkeeping.
Updates
Perimeter is an early-stage service, so this policy may change as the product and operating model mature. The effective date above will be updated when that happens.
